Dr Chris was very welcoming and polite and introduced himself. He got down to my problem right away and listened to me. He took note of my medical information on screen and was immediately able to help me. He was concerned about my immediate problem and the follow-up that would be necessary with Hereford Hospital. He assured me he would write a referral today. I left feeling very relieved and his treatment prevented me from attended A & E - a 40 mile round journey - which I have had to do in the past. I don't think I can say anything to improve the way he dealt with the appointment and situation. Very well done !
